Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voltara Systems website and the services we offer. By accessing our website or engaging us to perform work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.

1. About Voltara Systems

Voltara Systems is a mobile electrical and solar installation company based in Long Beach, California. We design and install 12V and 120V electrical systems, solar arrays, battery banks, inverter-chargers, AC systems, and custom power builds for vans, RVs, trucks, boats, and specialty vehicles.

Our services are available in Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. We do not guarantee availability in all locations.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. You may use it to learn about our services, read educational content, and submit consultation or quote requests. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our contact forms
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for commercial use without written permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the website in any way

3. Consultation Requests and Quotes

Submitting a consultation request or contact form does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or obligate Voltara Systems to perform any work. A service agreement is formed only when both parties have signed a written work order or service contract.

Any estimates or quotes provided during a consultation are good-faith assessments based on information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Quotes are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if conditions discovered during the job differ materially from what was represented at the time of the estimate.

4. Service Terms

Scheduling

Work is scheduled by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion. Appointment slots are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, existing electrical systems, and project requirements. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of your quote and the outcome of the work. You are also responsible for ensuring the vehicle or vessel is accessible and in a safe condition for our technicians to work on.

Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed scope of work after a job has begun must be authorized in writing. Additional work may be subject to additional charges.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your individual work order or service agreement. We do not publish standard payment terms here, as they may vary by project type and size. Failure to pay for completed work may result in the exercise of mechanic's lien rights under California law.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms — including duration and scope — are specified in your written service agreement. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation work and does not extend to third-party components, customer-supplied parts, pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by misuse, modification by others, or external events after installation is complete.

Component warranties (batteries, inverters, solar panels, etc.) are governed by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our labor warranty.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of Voltara Systems or its content providers. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any portion of this website's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal or non-commercial use (such as sharing a link or printing a page for your own reference) is permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Voltara Systems does not warrant that the information on this website is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the website will be available without interruption or error. Educational and informational content on this site is provided for general reference only and is not a substitute for professional assessment of your specific vehicle and situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Voltara Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any decisions made based on information found here. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of website use shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to claims arising out of physical work performed under a signed service agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

Our website may link to external websites for reference purposes (industry organizations, standards bodies, regulatory agencies, etc.). These links are provided as a convenience. Voltara Systems does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

For disputes arising out of work performed, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Voltara Systems in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceeding.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
